How do I add a contact?+
Click "Contacts" in the sidebar, then click the "+ Add Contact" button in the top right. Fill in the details and click Save Contact.
How do I import contacts from Brivity?+
Go to vestedagent.netlify.app/import.html, sign in, then upload your Brivity .xlsx export file. Vested maps your data automatically.
What do the pipeline stages mean?+
New Lead → Contacted → Nurturing → Active → Under Contract → Closed. Move contacts through stages as your relationship progresses.
How do I set a follow-up reminder?+
Open any contact, click Edit, and set a date in the "Next Follow-up" field. It will appear in your Follow-ups view and dashboard.
What's the difference between Hot, Warm, and Cold?+
Hot = actively looking to buy/sell now. Warm = interested but not urgent. Cold = long-term nurture, not ready yet. Set these when editing a contact.
How do I log a call or meeting?+
Open any contact's detail page. In the Activity Log section, type your note, select the type (Call, Meeting, Email, etc.) and click Log.
Is my data private?+
Yes — 100%. Each agent's data is completely private and isolated. No one else on the platform can see your contacts or pipeline.
How do I use smart tags?+
When adding or editing a contact, enter tags separated by commas in the Tags field (e.g. "First-time buyer, Pre-approved"). You can filter by tags in the Contacts view.
